
Flexible support system
A flexible and scalable support service provided via blocks of pre-purchased 60 minute support ‘credits’ that customers can utilise using telephone, remote and email support.
The support credits do not have any calendar restrictions and therefore can be redeemed without penalty.
Customers can request support in blocks of 15 minutes. The minimum purchase requirement is 1 credit.
Remote dial-in support
Support is provided to customers using our secure remote dial-in software, available at the time of requesting support. It takes just one click to execute and can be switched on and off as the customer desires to remain in full control of their own computer.
Fully comprehensive IT support with service desk:
Support is available to all customers throughout the UK, as long as they have a working internet connection. We will take care of any IT issues and any advice that you may need
